Update on Zora's Case
The SPCA is not going to be taking away the girls horses (16 left) because even though the autopsy showed signs of starvation, they can’t prove if it was neglect or lack of education. Those people have had horses for many years..
I had a feeling that was going to happen, but I was still trying to keep hope.
Zora died in vain.
